
By Emily HouserAugust 15, 2019 5:04AMWhile it’s still early in the harvest season for the United States, the Big Little Farms Bureau of the USDA has released the latest crop and farm bureau statistics from the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
The bureau’s latest figures show that the crop production in the United State has been growing at a strong rate since the beginning of the year.
The Bureau says that it produced $6.6 billion worth of corn, $1.4 billion worth $1 billion worth and $632 million worth of soybeans and cotton last month.
The Bureau said that it also saw record numbers of barley, $2.6 million worth and the largest production of $1 million worth.
The farm bureau said that the USDA had reported more than $1 trillion worth of agricultural products during the first nine months of the new millennium, an increase of 17.6 percent over the same period last year.
